Essensys has been the driving force behind the ‘
Mastering Interim Management’ programme at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School since 1999. Above all, this programme is intended to provide a unique opportunity for reflection for interim managers. In the course of the programme, real-life cases are studied and examined in great detail, whereas new concepts from various disciplines are introduced.
Besides the strengthening of specific skills peculiar to the various disciplines, the professional interim manager’s diary must also allow for time to recharge the batteries. This ‘Mastering Interim Management' programme has been put together in order to meet this very need.
