Management Coaching

Essensys is pleased to announce a new service available to its clients. As a part of our growing portfolio of expertise, we now offer (interim) management coaching.

As a part of our interim management services, coaching for short-term change management consultants as well permanent upper-level management team members ensures that temporary periods of transition have long-lasting permanent results without causing undue stress and/or disruption to normal business processes.

Our management coaching services are suitable for a variety of short-term assignments based on your business needs. For instance, our management coaches can work with your existing CEO in the start-up of operations in a new country location, assisting the CEO on understanding the local business climate and/or hiring practices, etc., for a time period specified at the outset of a project. While the activities are carried out by the CEO (or other upper level management team member), the interim management coach can assist the CEO in prioritising activities.

Likewise, as members of your staff gain experience and move up the corporate ladder, our interim management coaches can assist them in their new role. For example, Essensys has been active in an on-going assignment, coaching a previous HR Manager who has been promoted to HR Director. With this promotion comes new activities, new roles and new responsibilities, some of which the newly appointed HR Director may not be familiar with or may not have experience in handling. We offer our client an experienced HR interim manager who has the skills and know-how to coach the newly promoted HR Director until they become familiar with their new role and responsibilities, thus ensuring continuity and stability for our client.
